- Scientific knowledge in holy books that wasn't available at the time.
- Miraculous occurrences, especially if brought about through prayer.
- Any direct manifestation of the divine.
- Aliens who believed in the exact same religion.

I find it interesting that many people witnessed Jesus performing miracles, and yet did not believe.
Remember when the rich man said from Hell, "Please send Lazarus back to warn my brothers", & Abraham answered, "they have Moses & the prophets. If they won't learn from them, they won't even believe if someone returns from the grave to warn them."
